West Chester Men’s Softball League – Full Team Registration
This league is built for full teams looking for an organized, competitive, and fun Friday night softball experience with doubleheaders, playoffs, and a great championship format.
League Details
Location: WCASA Kelly Field - 601 Westtown Rd, West Chester, PA 19382
Day: Friday nights
Game Times: Games will be scheduled between 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Format: Men’s slow pitch softball, USA Softball rules 10v10
Planned Start Date: Friday, August 14
Schedule: Weekly doubleheaders — teams will play 2 games per night, back-to-back
Regular Season: 12 regular season games guaranteed
Playoffs: All teams make playoffs
Championship: Best-of-3 championship series
Awards: Championship rings for the winning team
Registration & Payment
This registration is for full team registration only.
Team Registration: $725 per team
Deposit: $200 deposit due July 15th to hold your team’s spot
Final Payment: Remaining balance due August 6th
Umpire Fees: Umpire fees are paid separately on game nights
Teams are not considered fully locked in until the deposit is submitted. Full payment must be completed before the first game.
Gameplay Rules
League gameplay will follow USA Softball slow pitch rules, with Sixten Sports league-specific modifications as needed for scheduling, game timing, playoffs, and field rules.
Additional league rules, playoff format, roster guidelines, and conduct expectations will be sent to team captains before the season begins.
Bat Rules
Bats must be USA Softball / ASA approved.
Composite bats are permitted.
The following bats are not permitted:
Senior bats
Shaved or altered bats
Banned bats
Any bat deemed unsafe or illegal by the league
Sixten Sports reserves the right to remove any bat from play at any time for safety or rule compliance.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Deposits and team payments are used to secure field time, staffing, scheduling, and league operations. Once a team is registered, payments are not guaranteed to be refundable.
If the league is unable to run due to low registration, facility issues, or other circumstances outside of Sixten Sports’ control, teams will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option when applicable.
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled when possible. Makeup dates are not guaranteed and depend on field availability.
Important Notes
Spots are limited. Once the league reaches capacity, additional teams may be placed on a waitlist.
By registering, team captains and players are agreeing to follow all Sixten Sports league rules, USA Softball gameplay rules, and WCASA facility rules.
